I started calling from 8.30 to make an appointment to see a doctor - the line was repeatedly cut off just after the message "the lines are very busy" was read out. I managed to get through 55 minutes later, but was told there are no more appointments left today. The overall service at this practice has been appalling. The "On the day appointment system" is failing a lot of patients. The surgery should restart advance appointments to help those who miss out on getting on the day appointment. The system in place currently for making appointments is very frustrating.
