About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

We were taken to A and E with our 3 year old daughter . She was very unwell with a high temperature- the care she received from all the staff in emergency department and then in the CDU was excellent. The ice lollies were a great idea. The team were busy but everyone took time and were so kind and gentle with her. 

The staff in CDU were also really excellent- thank you to SN Holly and Emma and also to Dr Angela and all the team.

Thank you for your feedback with regards to your recent attendance with your daughter to the Emergency Department. What a worrying time it must have been for you. It is good to see that the team were able to support you and your daughter so well, with kindness and care. The team will greatly appreciate your feedback. I do hope your daughter is recovering well after her hospital admission. Wishing you and your daughter well, hope you all have been able to enjoy the lovely weather we are having just now.
