About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Was very nervous upon arrival to the ward for admission & treatment but the staff made me very relaxed and comfortable  - the whole process from start to finish was very professional - I was reassured and kept updated at all times by everyone involved - the ward was spotless and covid guidelines adhered to - thank you to all involved and especially staff nurse Tracey 

Logan who also kept my husband up to date with the follow up guidelines/medication

Really good hear that a patient has had an enjoyable experience whilst in hospital. As you mentioned it really can be a nervous time for patients.

Thank you for your kind comments. It is great to get some feedback and kind comments with regard to the standard of cleaning in the ward. I will feed this back to the staff.
