(as a relative),

My elderly mum was left in casualty overnight with 3 broken ribs and broken wrist, left on a hard seat first thing in morning. Handed a dinner on her knee with a Plaster of Paris on her right arm. Lost her top false teeth, horrendous treatment.

My sister then got admitted as kept falling. In hospital under their care fell & she broke her hip .
