"The doctor put me at ease"

It had been a few years since I had visited my doctor, and thought that I should probably go and get myself checked up on just to be on the safe side. I also wanted to get some things addressed, as I have a family history with a lot of potential things being passed down, and wanted to make sure I was healthy.

The doctor spoke to me about all my concerns, and helped put me at ease in terms of my physical health. A rash had suddenly appeared this morning on my right hand, which sparked my desire to speak to someone, and again, gave a good explanation and didn't think it was anything serious.

Then, I brought up my anxiety issues, how that’s been affecting me, and I got good advice, some links on where to get help with that, and to follow up in a few weeks
