"Abysmal Car Parking Experience "

To whom it may concern (Please pass on )….

We used Car Park J and after appointment tried to pay fee at cash pay point. Machine would not accept coins which were dropping through into the tray most of the time£2,£1, 50p,20p. Eventually got £3.60 in but no ticket. Press ‘Cancel’ and only £2.60 returned. Wasted total of over 25 minutes at the machine which is not fit for purpose. It’s old and neglected and can hardly see figures on screen. An awful experience. Please get the company responsible to sort this out !!!
