I telephoned to try to get appointment, or for them to ask doctor to put a prescription through for me, have symptoms of UTI and feeling very poorly, told can’t put prescription through without see GP which is nire impossible and to ring 8.30 in the morning or go to hospital, UTI can quickly become serous and I think speaking to a receptionist isnot solving anything, I offered to bring a sample in but wouldn’t have it . As I felt I was getting worse I took myself of to urgent care and given antibiotics , I really don’t understand what’s going on off loading everything to hospital
