I received several texts, asking me to contact the surgery. After the normal long wait, I spoke to a receptionist, who asked me the reason for my call. I said I did'nt know why you had made contact. I was then informed that you had a recent test result, regarding a fungal infection on my thumb nail. I then pointed out, that I was going to bring another sample in today, as you had previously told me you had no trace of receiving my original sample. This was strange, as your receptionist, wrote the label herself, and I put it in your basket. Your receptionist, told me I could have an appointment in about 3 weeks, but this was only a telephone conversation. When I said this was utterley pointless, as the doctor needed to see my nail, I was told not to shout, which I had'nt, just very frustrated at your service. I was then offered an actual doctors appointment, the day after the telephone conversation, would have been. Why was'nt I offered this in the first place.
