Staff have been brilliant, I have no complaints at all. Would have liked to be able to smoke.
Food was excellent. Facilities are good, would have been nice to have more activities during the day.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback with regards to your treatment journey with us.
It's great to hear your time spent in the DCDS unit was enjoyable and you were happy with both the food and facilities. We are looking into providing further activities here as we've had a lot of positive feedback around how helpful it is to your detox and recovery to be able to get involved with things such as arts and crafts and the gardening. We'll be sure to look at adding more things for clients to get involved with in the future!
We are a non-smoking unit but do provide nicotine replacement therapy to help aid you through your time with us, I completely understand your frustration and will certainly feed this back.
The team endeavour to always ensure your stay here is as comfortable as it can be, so it's really nice to hear you had such a positive experience and we wish you all the best for the future!
