"Good Experience at RH hospital"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I went to urgent care yesterday after being recommended by my doctor. I was in a lot of pain and was seen very quickly. The nurse who did my triage was lovely, taking my additional needs into consideration. I was taken round to A + E due t the pain and wasn't left waiting for long. The staff who treated me were so kind and understanding of my additional needs and made me feel at ease, as I was able to understand what the treatment outcome was and was treated quite quickly with IV fluids.

I can't fault any of the staff for how they carried out their care with me. They let my mom stay with me the whole time and were happy with the care provided.
