(as a service user),

I have to say I found the services provided by the rapid response team in Gransha excellent. They were very pro-active and communicative in getting my bloods done, which has proven to be difficult through the GP since the pandemic. RR were easy to get them done and I didn't have to chase the results - they were straight on the phone to arrange my follow up treatment and plan ahead.

I am glad you are having a positive experience with the team. We always endeavour to be professional and efficient. We appreciate that the pandemic has caused difficulties for some patients and if we can alleviate some of this stress then we are happy to do so.
