(as a service user),

My whole experience from start to finish has changed my quality of life I know longer feel worthless and want to end m y life. 

With Simon's help and guidance I here changed my lifestyle completely and am drinking + drug free with a clear vision towards my future. 

I am eternally grateful.

I am so pleased that you took the step to seek support for your alcohol and drug use and have found that the help and guidance offered to you enabled you to make positive changes in your life and that you now have a clear vision of your future.

It sounds like you have come a long way and I would like to congratulate you on being alcohol and drug free and would also like to wish you all the very best for a bright and happy future.
