"Available at all times"

Since my diagnosis of heart failure several years ago, I have been under the care of my local community heart nurse, Marissa.

She has been available to me at all times, to discuss my treatment, my care and my on-going condition. She has also supported me in other health issues and pointed me in in the right direction to received appropriate treatment/care. In my opinion, it is these nurses and staff who provide the day to day hands on support that patients such as myself require since they have been diagnosed.

This is invaluable from a patients perspective, when everything can be confusing you know exactly who you can turn to. Without service, I for one feel I would have coped far less well at home.
