I sent an e-consult on Sunday afternoon and had a call from my GP the following morning at 9.30. She was very thorough in her questions and gave me helpful advice and reassurance, I needed a prescription which she arranged for me to pick up at my chosen pharmacy. It was very comforting to get such a response as I had some concerning symptoms. I’ve been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years and have always found the medical and support staff friendly, helpful, kind and professional.
