About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Allied Health Professionals (AHP)

(as a service user),

I attended a Physio appointment last week at Altnagelvin Hospital Derry, South Wing. I needed to contact a member of staff. I was greeted at the appointments desk by Vicky. She was so helpful and checked if the person was on duty, As she was not available I would need to try ringing her the following week, however Vicky kindly took my contact details and emailed the staff member for me, to which my query was dealt with much easier. 

It was so nice of Vicky to go that step further, Very much appreciated.
