"Terrible "

About: Wellspring Medical Pract.

they've made an already traumatic experience unbearable. Following my partners accident in may, they've repeatedly made mistakes, refused his hospital prescription and they texted him that they denied his prescription and he needs over the counter pain relief for a serious leg fracture.

I've been told that them being busy is an excuse for refusing his pain relief, that he's taking too much (even though they're hospital prescribed), the specialist has told them it's fine but still the gp practice think they know better. Even the most recent hospital specialist letter says "no medication changes" and still it's happening.

This time I've spent 3 days trying to sort out a prescription as I can only get him 2 weeks worth at a time and it's still not right. This has been every 2 weeks now. I've had a pharmacist acting like a GP, the notes on the system are wrong so every time I call up it all starts again with me trying to persuade reception that he didn't have surgery but still needs one specific item on his prescription.

I was refused access to speak to the practice manager and the pharmacist at one point.

I'm a disabled full time carer with severe depression, for someone who was in a major accident, who can no longer cope because of how incompetent this GP practice is. They're making my already difficult life a misery and they refuse to take any accountability for what they are doing.

This practice is absolutely disgraceful and are the reason why I walk around in tears constantly because I dread having to tell my partner about something else that they've messed up with his care... while he's been stuck in bed for nearly 3 months.
