"I needed help to take care of myself"

I am a local gay man. I telephoned out of the blue and am a new client/patient and was assisted efficiently, politely and professionally in relation to a request to help me manage PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and possibly receive a Monkey Pox vaccination if necessary.

On the phone an appointment was made for me to come into the clinic in person soon and a Doctor called me back later in the day within an agreed time-window to discuss my situation and needs re possible vaccination,

So far I have received PrEP over an internet service and online Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) (postal return private) screening but feel that regular testing and sexual health awareness and protection will be better maintained with professional, local and in person help and support so thanks for that.
