"Daisy ward is outstanding"

Accident and emergency was ok, the wait was long although I did not mind as long as my son was getting looked at. It was very busy as I expected but cannot complain about the staff and their work.

The staff are excellent they try their best but are under so much pressure. The staff were very nice and friendly even with that pressure, I do not know how they do it.

Daisy ward is outstanding, everything here is new and I was not expecting it when we came up to this floor. The private rooms are a nice add on with the TV and all.

The amount of checks the staff do are nice as it helps ease my worries and they are always there if you need anything. I like the way they offer tea, coffee and toast. All the nurses are lovely and have great attitudes toward their jobs. I am happy with everything I have to say.
