Overall had a nice experience getting my contraceptive implant replaced here. The staff were lovely. I had to wait about 10mins after my appointment time to be called into the room and was asked the usual questions before the procedure. The nurse made sure I was informed about it and she was great for making sure I had enough local anaesthetics in my arm before starting.
I only felt the small prick feel of the local anaesthetics being injected and then felt no pain at all getting the implant itself replaced. Got a few wound closure strips and a plaster applied and it was all done. The area on my arm was not painful after, I just avoided touching/putting any pressure there just in case.
