"Kind and patient staff"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department The Ulster Hospital / Radiology

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended ED at the end of July with my young daughter after a fall at nursery which resulted in her fracturing her wrist.  The staff were so fantastic with her - particularly the doctor who assessed and treated her, and the radiographers who completed her X-rays.  They were so kind and patient with my very frightened daughter.  They really put her at ease through reading books to her and giving her stickers - which she loved.  Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the staff members but I just wanted to say thanks to them for making an anxious time a lot easier.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Great to hear how Ulster Hospital's Emergency Department and X-Ray teams has worked well for your daughter.

Your positive feedback has been shared to both teams and is greatly appreciated.

Best wishes to you and your daughter
