"Rubbish hospital"

About: Newham General Hospital

Absolutely disgusted with the way the reception staff dealt with our situation in the A & E department. They have no care or sympathy towards anyone and kept on stating different waiting times otherwise. No air con in waiting room. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever, why do you hire such individuals who do not focus on duty to care to patients? I will never ever come to this hospital again.

We are sorry that the expectation that you should rightly expect from our staff has not been met (and this includes the environmental issues).
