Karen was excellent and more than ably supported by Gemma, and one of the three heart failure nurses, Abbie, Jessica and Marisa, at each session.

Their planning was thorough, the exercises progressive and responsive to individual needs. They took time to listen to every patient.

The talks were all informative and helpful in building a useful overall picture of living with heart failure.

Having been through rehab at hospital 5 years ago, which was good, there are undoubtedly more benefits from community health care.

As a result I am better informed, fitter and stronger, more confident and most importantly more likely and willing to continue with exercise to improve both my fitness but also my mental welfare.
