My delivery at Daisy Hill went well however it was quite stressful as it was an emergency. I was well looked after and the whole team was absolutely brilliant on the labour ward.

Up on the Maternity Ward it has been fantastic. I can honestly say I have been looked after well. They have been very good to both myself and my baby. All the communication I have had with staff has been great. Anything I have needed they have got for me and they really have kept us well informed about everything that has been going on.

I would like to mention a couple of staff members who have really stood out to me. Firstly, Phil in the assessment unit was absolutely brilliant. Erica, Lavina and Abbie on the delivery ward were also all amazing throughout the delivery. Finally, Imelda, up on the ward, has also really stood out. However, I have to stress that all the staff have been amazing.

The ward itself has been clean, comfortable and tidy. It really has got everything that I need. I have no suggestions for improvement. My experience here at Daisy Hill has been great.

I'm sorry that you had to have an emergency delivery, but glad to hear that you felt so well looked after throughout this stressful experience.

We really appreciate your comments about the care you received in our Assessment Unit, Delivery Suite and the Maternity Ward, and your kind words will be passed on to the staff, especially Phil, Erica, Lavina, Abbie and Imelda.

It's also lovely to hear that your were happy with the cleanliness and comfort of our unit, and that you had such a great experience!
