"A calm and reassuring atmosphere"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We came to Daisy Hill as we were booked in for an elective section. The staff and C-section team were really great - they really ensured that the atmosphere was both calm and reassuring.

Following the section, I was brought onto the Maternity Ward. Everything up here has been absolutely first class. Everyone is ever so helpful and are always there for you when you need them. Nothing is too much hassle for them. The communication I have experienced with staff has been very good and all the explanations have been very clear.

There are several staff members I would like to mention. Ann-Marie, Joanne, both Claire's, Kerry, Meghan and Doctor Sim. Everyone has been absolutely brilliant.

There is nothing I have noticed that could have been improved - everything has been great.
