"Brilliant care for my CT Colonoscopy by Radiology"

Unfortunately there is no category for Radiology - why is that NHS ? I was bumped from Queens Hospital to King George for my CT Colonoscopy this morning. If you have had one, you will know its not the most pleasant of procedures and I was a little anxious. In contrast to the “bedside manner” of the Queens Radiologist who thought it was ok to tell me after an hour of waiting that they weren’t going to carry out my procedure with a smile on their face and uttering the words “you are not going to like this” - and in the public waiting area. The team at King George were fab in reassuring me, carrying out the procedure, looking after me all the way through and apologising on behalf of Queen’s. Thank you very much to the lead radiologist and his trainee who carried out my procedure today and fitted me in. Very much appreciated.
