"Not one of the team members have ever looked down at me"

My time in Gillis has been very good due to the staff making it very enjoyable. They are just brilliant as they always come over to see me and check in on me. They have been very friendly, kind, understanding and very supportive. They had that special calming effect, which makes it easier to talk to them. I feel very happy with the staff on the ward I wouldn’t ask for any other team to look after me as I just want this one. I cannot thank them all so much. The cleanliness of the ward is very good they are always going about either brushing or moping the floors. The food has also been very good I enjoy the Shepard’s pie with the chocolate pudding and custard for dessert. The members are so very good at listening to me and with their support, they help me with my everyday activities. I could not think of anyway that the team can improve, they all are so helpful. Not one of the team members have ever looked down at me and this made me like I was someone and I am important I felt they had been my friend for years. Please keep up the good work.
