Dear Felicity,

We can't find the words to thank you enough for everything you did for our  family in those final days. One thing that was always very close to her heart was championing for people to be treated with kindness, respect + dignity in their final days + towards the end of their lives.

We are so grateful for everything you did over the weekend to ensure she returned her dignity and left us I the manner she wanted, at home with the family. This was of great comfort to us all at a difficult time. Your work is so important and you are so brilliant. We will never forget your kindness and will be eternally grateful for everything you've done for us,

Firstly I would like to share my condolences with you and your family, and thank you for taking the time to share you experience received by the DN service and Felicity.

I know this part of our role as community teams is very special and we take pride in getting it right for our patients and their families, so we really appreciate hearing your experience.
