Shocking lack of service. Wait weeks to be seen to be told to keep a pain diary for five month then restart the whole process again, to request another appointment after having been discharged from their ‘care’. Whoever is responsible within the NHS for awarding these contracts should look into Connect Health and the patient experience given the number of negative reviews online.
