Pre surgery at ODOSA in Woodend hospital. Emma who was the SN on duty was fantastic along with the HCSW and Student nurse. They all kept me fully informed pre surgery. The department was immaculate and organised.
Dr David the Anaesthetist was fully informative along with surgeon Mr Kahn.
Post surgery in ward 9, I was a student nurse Eve’s patient for post operative care. What a lovely girl and up and coming nurse, so ,dedicated, attentive and caring. I felt really safe with the care from Eve.
I also can’t thank the physio Morgan enough for coming late to review me so I could be discharged The HCSW were all so lovely and the new HCSW (her 2nd shift), was obviously getting good support from her colleges as she was just fab.
Im delighted with the 5 * care I received from the orthopaedic day of surgery department at woodend hospital and the staff nurse Sylviy and team that day in ward 9..
Nobody wants to go through surgery of any kind, however when you get superb care from start to finish it certainly helps.
Thanks again each and every one of you.
