"Absolutely amazing"

I was on holiday in Suffolk from Scotland and needed to go to Accident and Emergency. The lady on reception was amazing - calm, kind and professional. She realised that the Scottish and English digital systems don't talk to each other so she made sure I had a print out of the ambulance and registration notes. I was seen very quickly by everyone and felt very well looked after. I was given a letter by the doctor to take to my doctor so that my care could continue properly in Scotland after I got home.

Outstanding service. Thank you for making something that could have been traumatic very easy.
