About: Community Services in Grampian / Formartine Health Visitors

(as a service user),

My daughter and myself have been cared for by Ada, Health Visitor in the Formartine catchment area of Aberdeenshire. 

I have absolutely no complaints regarding the service we have received, only praise and admiration for the job completed and the care and attention provided towards myself and my daughter.

We received every regular appointment which should be scheduled to monitor every milestone my daughter should be reaching. Alongside this, additional visits were booked as my daughter was underweight and struggling to put on. With Ada's quick actions we received hospital care as required which allowed my daughter to start thriving again and get back on her correct path of development. 

Ada has been at the end of the phone when needed and always offers any support I feel necessary. 

I can't thank her enough for her care and attention towards us, and I am very sad to be leaving her care going forward due to a change in address.
