(as the patient),

I saw Dr Brett for my usual ring change but was very nervous. Dr Brett was very understanding and put me at ease straight away. The procedure took only a few minutes  and Dr Brett was very gentle and caring. The kindness of Chaperone Nurse Anita was also very much appreciated as the conversation we had also helped to put me at ease during the procedure.

Many thanks to both of them for their excellent care.
