"Terrible Reception Service "

I arrived at St Helier alone in a taxi and unable to walk (with what turned out to be a torn calf muscle) a police officer who was by the entrance kindly went in and explained this and asked for a wheelchair or crutches for me. I was left outside on the kerb for 25 mins with nothing and in severe pain. the police officer eventually helped me inside to reception to register. God knows how long I would have been left there. terrible service from the reception staff. The doctors i eventually saw were great but its a shame the receptionists were so terible.
