About: Bassetlaw Hospital / Ward B2

(as a service user),

I’m currently on 2 and I had concerns regarding a situation regarding a show I had as I hadn’t had anything like it before, the staff on shift were so compassionate and understanding I was taken into a room where staff took time to listen and offered me advice on the menopause

The staff on this ward I believe go above and beyond in order to make us feel safe and listen to.

The staff on this ward work as a team and work well all together. The staff on shift were Cheryl, Sally Elena.

Hi Mch1503, thank you for your thoughtful and kind post regarding the ward in general and those particular staff on duty on when you needed them. Thank you for talking openly about a subject that is very topical at the moment, by doing so and showing that staff can are supportive, hopefully that will help others feel able to do the same.
