(as the patient),

I attended my appointment at the pre-operative assessment clinic a few minutes before my time, was taken on time and was treated compassionately and professionally throughout the appointment. Any questions I had were answered and I felt safe and respected at all times.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to give us such positive feedback after you visited the Pre op team within Outpatient's recently. The Pre OP team provide a excellent service and I will ensure that I pass on your lovely comments to Sandra and the team.

I hope your operation went well and you are now recuperating at home.
