(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care has been excellent on the ward and I am so happy in the fact that I have had no complaints since I was admitted up here from the ED. The nursing team have been incredible, all of them the day staff the night staff and everyone have done an amazing job in looking after me. They work so hard to deliver me a high level of care. The doctors are excellent and i am as happy with them as they take the time to explain everything with their clear and concise explanations. The food and cleaning are both excellent just like everything I’ve seen in the hospital
