Have phoned surgery numerous times to seek appointment. Not urgent - happy to book in advance. Listened to answerphone message whilst on hold for long time, every time(!) which says you can book general appointment on line through PatientAccess. However no option to book through this service. Eventually spoke to receptionist who told me they don’t offer the PatientAccess appointment booking service. Pointed out misinformation on answer phone and she said “ we must get round to changing that !”. She said I have to phone at 8am each day to try and get an appointment that day but they never pick up phone and instead I listen to answer phone that gives incorrect information!!Dreadful
