"Still no contact from Manager"

About: Eastville Medical Practice

I made a complaint on 24th May. The practice manager got into contact with me via text to arrange a face to face discussion. This was rearranged a few times due to sickness on their part. I was supposed to meet the manager on 17th June but they were off sick again. I asked to be contacted once she had returned to work but it’s over a month later and I’ve heard nothing at all. If the manager can’t even provide complaint resolution there is no hope. I’m really disappointed.

Hi I am really sorry that this has waited so long. Due to personal and other circumstances I have been unable to arrange to meet to discuss your concerns but I do take complaints very seriously and have tried a few times to arrange this meeting. My deputy also contacted you to meet but you preferred to wait to meet with me. I'm available next week and will contact you. Once again my apologies.
