The team have been amazing, rapid treatmnt and wonderful care. My only comment for the team is to make sure to use the bell before using a key safe to enter the property, as it is my home.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback and how you found the service. I am glad that you experienced a positive service from us with rapid treatment and wonderful care.

I have been able to speak to the team about them not ringing the bell before they enter your property with your key safe key. Naomi was able to tell me that this had been an agreement that she had made with you and an expectation that she had asked the team to fulfil.

I am so sorry that this wasn't always achieved for you and I'm sorry if this caused you any anxiety or frustration. Naomi has been able to go back to the team and inform them that this wasn't always consistent for you and I hope it leads the team to understand that your wishes weren't always adhered to.

We wish you well for the continuation of your recovery.
