Clearly not the only patient angry with the surgery and completely worn out just trying to get my health sorted out. There is no way of talking about communications in the surgery to the staff there and for me there have been lots of problems. There isn't a practice manager anymore . The GP's don't want to know and the telephone appointments are too rushed to feel comfortable in . I have decided to register with another surgery because I can't get to see a GP here ever and I need to. I also can't get problems with my prescription or results ever sorted out . I hope they improve. Was also here many years.
