"One Doctor 3 appointment "

I get anxiety before I have to ring this surgery , I rang 198 times last time to be told no appointments left , this is the norm . today my husband rang and only 3 appointments and 1 Doctor on duty , the receptionist is the one who decides if it’s a emergency ? If it’s a emergency then the hospital is where they should be telling patients to go . For it to be down to a receptionist to decide what’s important and what isn’t is totally ridiculous.

I am so frustrated with this surgery something needs to be done . There’s lots of unhappy patients in here on trust pilot so why is the situation still the same .
