It took 25mins just to get through the door to book in there was 3 people in front I've been waiting 4hours in the waiting room and I'm still here in 4 hours 5 people have been called in to be seen.

This is absolutely ridiculous

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your recent experience of visiting our Emergency Department.

It is clear from your posting that you have been left feeling extremely frustrated due to your experience and for that I am sincerely sorry.

We are continuing to be extremely busy with demand for our services very high and in particular, with our Emergency Departments. Due to this increase in demand it means that our patient's have to wait longer than we would want them to within the department and I can only offer my apologies for that. Please be assured that our staff are working extremely hard to see our patients as quickly as possible.

I will share your comments with the manager of the service and want to thank you again for sharing your feedback with us.
