Massive thank you to Sasha and James from the Scottish Ambulance Service, Motherwell Station for their care yesterday after I took unwell. Their professionalism and friendliness, and the time they took to explain everything that they were doing was tremendous. 

You should be very proud of these employees. It's a pity that despite spending 2 ½ hours waiting with me at hospital before admission, there was no welfare for them, or their colleagues at Wishaw Hospital on one of the hottest days of the year. All they cared about was making me comfortable, putting themselves out in the process.
