Near impossible to get an actual face to face appointment. Expected to self diagnose and request requirements. Not seen a GP in over 2 years as can only get emergency on the day telephone appointments and I work and cannot take phone calls during working time. Not able to discuss worrying conditions as you have to tell receptionist why. Vast majority of reception staff are cold hearted and just respond in a robotic manner and say "go to walk in centre" where you are asked why you didn't go to your GP with problem. I have neglected my health, not had GP support since start of covid, not been able to discuss none emergency issues and had to self diagnose and medicate. Frankly I think the service has been appalling. By the time you get through from being 15th in the telephone queue all the telephone appointments have gone for the day. Working people have no change of GP support.
