"Lucky to have this service"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I was referred to Stobhill MIU by NHS 111 following an injury to my toe and virtual consultation.

I was given an appointment time, but also told that I should be prepared to wait for at least an hour. In fact I was seen after only 45 minutes.  90 minutes after arrival at the MIU I had been seen, x rayed, and treated.

Communication with all staff was excellent.

We are very lucky to have this service, and NHS GG & Clyde are fortunate to have such a great team of staff.

Dear Daisy77

Thank you for taking the time to leave this kind feedback regarding your experience of attending the Minor Injuries Unit of the New Stobhill Hospital.

It is wonderful to hear that you felt the waiting time to be seen and assessed was of a satisfactory standard and all the staff you encountered communicated with you efficiently throughout your visit.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had a pleasant visit.

I hope your feeling better after your injury and thanks again this means a lot to the staff involved

Kind regards

Kevin
