Went in this morning with an injury following a fall 5 days ago that was not getting better and I was still in severe pain. All staff (reception, triage, obs and consultant) were very understanding, efficient and polite. In and out in 1 hour with revised pain control plan ( and great relief there was no obvious internal damage!)
