What wonderful service I have just had!

I had an infected insect bite and phoned the surgery this afternoon for help. I was greated by a very understanding receptionist who gave me an appointment within 2 hours. I turned up early for my appointment and was called in straight away. The Doctor was so kind and caring to me and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Considering the stress that GP’s are under at the moment it’s so important that we recognise how good our surgery is and say thankyou.
