(as a relative),

My wife had laser eye surgery at Dunfermline Queen Margaret hospital today. The Dr who administered the treatment was very calming, knowledgeable and reassuring and made my wife feel better about the situation. Nothing but praise for the way everyone treated us from reception to leaving the building.
