"Caring staff who listen"

I originally contacted the practice via the app with a query about whether I needed a urine test. I got a prompt reply and the staff member - who I understand I can't name on here but please look him up for due recognition - was so diligent in getting back to me and concerned that I would be ok over the weekend. I made contact again today feeling at the end of my tether and it was great to be able to deal with the same person, who was keen to leave no stone unturned to find out what is wrong.

It is so important to have continuity and not to feel like a nuisance with an ongoing situation.

This practice has always checked things out thoroughly so you can be sure your health is in good hands.

Even the busiest person would be pleased with the system. You can send a message and speak to someone rapidly who will arrange a prompt meeting too if you need one.
