"Hysterectomy, Ward 13 Wishaw General"

The nursing staff and doctors all worked so hard and were so caring after my hysterectomy. There was a lady who looked after me before my operation and I can’t remember her name but she was truly amazing. After the op there was two nurses and a senior nurse who were angels. I struggled with pain and sickness during the night after my procedure, and there was a lady who kept checking on me, and going the extra mile to make me feel safe and comfortable. I think I was too out of it the whole time to remember their names 🤦‍♀️One of the nurses was called Amy who was lovely and cheery and was very reassuring when I felt so unwell. And the other nurse looked after me directly after my surgery and she was an angel - very good at her job. I can’t thank Dr Allam, the surgeon, enough for everything- he is so thorough and honest and I want him to realise he has given me my life back. Dr Kellison, my consultant, is a diamond also - she has looked after me and knew Dr Allam was the person for my procedure as I had quite complex gynaecological issues. Thank you so much.
